Task
In cooperation with S.T.E.R.N (Gesellschaft der behutsamen Stadterneuerung mbH, Berlin) BLS Energieplan GmbH created a sustainable energy neighborhood concept for the Spandau-Falkenhagener Feld redevelopment zone under contract to the Senate Administration for Urban Development and Environment. Strategies and proposals were created with consideration of urban development, preservation of monuments, as well as social, residential and building-cultural aspects.
