Construction of new 9 apartment buildings with a total of 120 residential units or 9,700 m² net floor space in compliance with the KfW-55 energy standard.
Heat is supplied via the district heating network and floor heating installation. All residential units are equipped with sophisticated sanitary installations.
For avoidance of moisture-induced damage, a humidity controlled ventilation system is installed. Arrangements were implemented in 3 construction phases. The construction costs for the technical building equipment totaled € 2.4 million.
