From the power plant to the thermostat.

Power-heat coupling – engine and gas turbine thermal power plants

Pluses

  • More than 25-years experience in heat and cold cogeneration process
  • Continuous cooperation aimed at further development
  • Numerous project references of any scale

A proven combination

The heat-and-cold cogeneration process ensures most effective use of the primary energy sources or fossil fuels and natural or biogas. BLS planned the first CHP units in Germany more than 25 years ago, and since then has further shaped development thereof in the context of research-based requirements on the basis of numerous projects. On this basis, today BLS plans engine or gas turbine thermal power plants for residential buildings and areas, communities, towns or industrial production facilities in a decentralized, project-specific and efficient manner, supplementing them with volatile power generation from renewable sources.
