Science and Innovation Center

The Technology Center Teltow GmbH constructed the Innovation and Startup Center GO:IN in the "Wissenschaftspark Potsdam Golm" in the neighborhood of the Max Planck Institutes for Colloids and Interface Research, for Molecular Plant Physiology, Gravitational Physics, Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Polymer Research and Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the Potsdam University. There is an office and laboratory building with physical-technical and biophysical laboratories. Science and technology-oriented founders from the surrounding research institutes were provided optimum starting conditions for their enterprises on the building floor area of approx.           4,000 m².

• Heat supply by a natural gas-fired 920 kW condensing boiler unit
• Central RLT air intake: 65,000 m³/h, decentralized exhaust air from laboratories
• Installed refrigerating facility for cold process and room cooling: 190 kW
• Total electric power demand: 600 kVA, Building connection 3 x 315 A
• Sun protection: electrically driven external sunblinds
