The Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine in Berlin-Buch planned the renewing and retrofitting of building 63 used as an animal facility with the goal to safeguard operation of the facility for the next 10 years. The building is an animal facility for specific pathogen free (SPF) animal keeping with laboratories of protection level 2 (mice and rats). Main usable area is approx. 1,200 m².
