German Business Park Dubai
In July 2007, the architects Fischer Architekten Mannheim (www.werkstadt.com) won first prize in an architectural competition for the German Business Park FZCO in Dubai.
Based on this plan, including a hotel, an office complex and a shopping mall on a gross floor area of 90,000m², BLS Energieplan develops an integrated sustainable energy concept based on the TRNSYS simulation, among others, and plans the technical building equipment.

Preparation of a cooling concept for the European Computer Centre in the Jean Monnet building with the help of a TRNSYS simulation.

New construction of the magistrate's court in Esch-sur-Alzette including conference halls and office space totalling approx. 3,500m². The heat supply will be realised with condensing boilers, sorption-based air conditioning and building component temperature control. The required cooling capacities are reduced by using a TRNSYS simulation.
