This includes the road connection to the main road, sewage removal via a pressure pipe to the town of Grimmen, a water-distribution pipe and the power supply via a transformer from the 20 kV landline network. Building services equipment for the first construction phase, consisting of 4 so-called family houses, workshop buildings, town maintenance area, milk-processing facility, agricultural buildings, heat supply via natural-gas fired condensing boilers as well as solar thermal collectors.
