Stechlin leisure centre in Neuglobsow
When entering the part of Neuglobsow directly on the Dagowsee lake, the construction of a leisure centre is planned there in the form of a multipurpose hall to enrich the tourism and cultural environment of this region. In order to address the ecological principle of the whole building complex, a balanced concept is implemented in the planning of the building services engineering. This includes the use of the latest technologies in supplying heat as well as pretreatment of the outside air for ventilation and air conditioning systems via geothermal heat exchangers and the heat recovery of the exhaust air via a countercurrent heat exchanger.

Construction and extension of the German Federal Research Institute for Viral Diseases of Animals on the Isle of Riems
The German Federal Research Institute for Viral Diseases of Animals on the Isle of Riems in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is being enlarged in the period from 2006 until 2012 with substantial new buildings, extensions and reconstructions (gross floor area of 60,000m²). This dimension corresponds to the Institute’s national and international significance. Upon completion of the construction work, the infrastructure available on the Isle of Riems will correspond to the highest international level of comparable top institutes.

Construction of residential buildings Don Bosco
On the site of the former children’s home Don Bosco in Berlin-Wannsee, the spacious construction of residences is planned. It is envisaged to refurbish and modernise selected existing buildings as well as reconstructing them for residential purposes. Part of the existing buildings will be dismantled. Furthermore, it is planned to construct new urban villas, terrace houses/row houses, double and single-family houses.
